Processing your return of goods

1. Request RMA number
Fill out our short form and enter your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. You will receive your RMA number quickly!
2. Receive and print the RMA label 
After your request, we will send you the RMA form and label by e-mail. Conveniently print out both and prepare everything for the return.
3. Pack items securely
Place the item including all accessories in the original packaging and attach the RMA form. This will help us to process your return more quickly.
4. Use additional cardboard for protection
Protect the item additionally by packing the original packaging in another box and attaching the RMA label to the outside.
5. Send the return to Exertis AV
Send the parcel back to us. We will take care of everything else!
6. Examination and prompt feedback
We will check your return quickly and inform you of the next steps, such as repair or refund.

Fees and Charges

Fee table:
Pos.Reason for feeFee amount
1Inspection and restocking10 % of the value of goods or min. 80 €. For certain products, we reserve the right to charge a higher deduction for inspection and restocking.
2Goods sent to us without RMA10 % of the value of goods or min. 80 €
3Goods not in original packaging or damaged packaging5 % of the value of goods or min. 40 €
4Goods not complete (accessories missing)10 % of the value of goods or min. 80 € plus costs for replacement of missing parts
RMA notes:

These fees do not apply in the event of a warranty claim.
All fees plus VAT.

Discounts add up. Pos.1 is always applied.
 
Example: Pos.1 is always applied. If Pos.2 is added, the total discount is 20% of the value of the goods, but at least € 160.
