Please request an RMA number from COMM-TEC by email before you return the goods. For the return process, we need the order number or invoice number as well as the reason for the product return.

 
We will send you an RMA-form as well as an RMA-label by email. Please print both forms.

 
Please put the article with all supplied accessories in the original packing. Please include the received RMA form in the package

 
Please pack the original packaging in a separate shipping box and affix the received RMA label clearly readable on the outside of the box.

 
Please send us the article.

 
We will then inspect your product return and inform you about repair or refund.

3	Goods not in original packaging or damaged packaging	5 % of the value of goods or min. 40 €
4	Goods not complete (accessories missing)	10 % of the value of goods or min. 80 € plus costs for replacement of missing parts

 
Note: These fees do not apply in the case of warranty.
