EcoVadis is a global CSR rating company that carries out its assessments on the basis of international standards. This rating provides insights into a company's sustainability practices on an industry-wide and geographic basis and allows the results to be shared with thousands of potential customers on the EcoVadis platform. Today, EcoVadis is recognised as the world's largest and most trusted provider of corporate sustainability ratings.
COMM-TEC GmbH is not affected by the Supply Chain Sustainability Act (LkSG) due to its number of employees. Nevertheless, COMM-TEC GmbH is aware of its obligation to respect human rights and environmental protection and takes its responsibility to society seriously. We have therefore undergone the EcoVadis Sustainability Rating and have been awarded the ‘Committed’ badge - we are proud of this! Our social commitment at the Kinderstiftung K19
What does Agapedia do?
The K19 Children's Centre is a drop-in centre for children and young people regardless of origin, nationality or religion. It offers disadvantaged children between the ages of six and twelve special after-school care programmes such as sports, games, creative workshops and children's circus. The K19 promotes social skills, strengthens self-confidence and supports positive development. The children's centre is run by the AGAPEDIA Foundation, which was founded by Jürgen Klinsmann in 1995 and is active in Germany and Eastern Europe.
Cooperation with Exertis AV
The cooperation between AV/IT distributor Exertis AV from Uhingen and the K19 Children's Centre in Geislingen, which has been in place since September 2021, is designed as a long-term partnership. The children's centre is to be supported with regular donations throughout the year. The ‘Exertis with a heart’ fundraising campaign was launched at Christmas 2021: The children at K19 wanted a new spiral slide, and Exertis Pro AV joined forces with other donors to fulfil this wish and make the children happy.
