Gefen EXT-DVI-CP-FM10 – Small Fiber Optic Pigtail Module Extender for DVI up to 1000 Meters

The Gefen EXT-DVI-CP-FM10 is a compact DVI extender that transmits DVI signals up to 3,300 ft (1,000 m) over a single-strand multimode fiber cable (50/125 µm, OM2/OM3) with an SC connector. The fiber technology provides galvanic isolation and is immune to electromagnetic interference—ideal for demanding professional installations.

Its pigtail design for both transmitter and receiver preserves device connectors and enables a space-saving installation. It supports resolutions up to 1920×1200 (WUXGA) with HDCP pass-through and bidirectional DDC support. Power is provided via 5 V DC, with the transmitter often powered by the receiver without a separate supply.
